Human Resources Generalist - Remote

The Human Resource Generalist (HR Generalist) is proactive and approachable individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The HR Generalist is a trusted thought partner to the HR Team. This person will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and under their direction will serve as front line support for HR matters for our fiscal sponsorship and internal team members. The HR Generalist will run the daily administrative functions of the HR department, with an emphasis on helping Praxis to become an employer of choice - while prioritizing HR compliance and the employee experience. This position is a great opportunity to expand skills across multiple human resource areas, organizational operations, and fiscal sponsorship, in a creative, dynamic environment dedicated to social justice and health equity!
