quantitative data, 500 worker surveys and 50 employer interviews, and a
resulting piece of legislation that is being introduced this Spring that
would revoke the operating license of any restaurant that violates labor
laws;
- Fighting individual restaurants where some major injustice
or labor law violation has been committed against restaurant workers.
