The mission of the Information Resource Center (IRC) is to support the goals, objectives and organizational functions of The Praxis Project by providing professional library and information services to staff, Board and constituents. The Information Resource Center organizes and disseminates information resources on topics related to social and health justice.
Praxis’ mission to achieve social and health justice among communities
of color includes the commitment to provide resources for policy development,
advocacy, and community organizing. The Information Resource Center provides
a centralized foundation from where to organize, manage, and disseminate
resources. The IRC will provide easy access to information and resources,
otherwise unknown or unavailable to communities of color.
