Learning Circle Series

 

“Well, after the great time in Harpers Ferry we were able to come back re-energized with some new knowledge, tools, and tricks and able to refocus our efforts in our Smoke Free Fayetteville campaign. All the hard work paid off last night. The city council voted 5-3 to pass our smoke free ordinance. The first in Arkansas.”

The Praxis Project Learning Circle Series are interactive gatherings that engage experiential learning, popular education, and dialogue to support policy advocacy and organizing for social justice. Praxis offers a series of web teleconference and residential training sessions where participants will receive support from experienced organizers, develop action plans to support their work, forge networks, and build skills. A limited number of scholarships (including travel) are available for the residential trainings.
